I don’t know why but lately I have been in this funk. Today I have a serious case of DRA (Dirty Rotten Attitude). I’m not sure why. Maybe part of it is still moving into a new community. Don’t get me wrong everyone has been really nice so far. So tonight it’s off to go grocery shopping then home to grill me some chicken breasts on my new grill. It’s pretty sweet. I’ll post about it possibly tomorrow.

i can tell by your posts that you’re in a funk because you had unfinished business before you left. you needed or wished you could have said something to someone who punked you or hurt you and now you’re mad because they don;t know how you feel and they never will… that’s my guess but then again i maybe off my rocker
I think this is your way of saying you miss The Cambell.
In all seriousness though, now that I have to cook for myself and I’ve figured out how easy it is, I have no idea how we even survived all those years.
Maybe it’s just the inevitable crash that follows a high? You were excited about the move, you had crazy month or so of excitement, packing, goodbyes, hellos, etc., and now life is starting to finally settle back down. Big highs are usually followed by big lows.
@ Chad – nah.
@ Matthew – you may be right. I never looked at it that way.
@ Mr. Chris – what do you mean “how we survived”? We didn’t cook as much as we should have. That’s my fault. I’m a cooking machine now. And yeah maybe I miss hanging out with you a little bit. Want to come to Iowa before school starts?
i preached sunday on Ps. 42-43. “put your hope in God” – not an instant fix for a funk, but something to remind yourself to do in a funk.
